Statement of Policies and Procedures for Grievances

Student grievances should first be directed to the instructor. If the grievance(s) cannot be resolved with the instructor, then the student may meet with the school director to discuss his or her grievances. If the grievances still cannot be resolved with the director, then the student may direct his or her unresolved problems to:
